Return Policy

At Glimmers & Lace, each piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully handled. We kindly ask that you review our return policy prior to purchasing.

Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable toward future purchases.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

To receive store credit, customers must create a Glimmers & Lace customer account using the same email address associated with their original order.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for store credit.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact us at glimmersandlace@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise determined, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit Issuance

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, and once eligibility is confirmed, store credit will be applied directly to your customer account. You will be notified once the credit has been issued and is available for use.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at glimmersandlace@gmail.com so we may promptly evaluate and resolve the issue.

Disclaimers: Each Glimmers & Lace piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with delicate embellishments. In rare cases, stones or crystals may shift or fall off during shipping and handling. If this occurs, kindly contact us and we will assist you with care instructions to restore your piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit: 

  • Sale items / Gift cards / Custom or personalized pieces.

If you have questions about an item prior to purchase, we encourage you to reach out.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, please return your original piece in accordance with our policy and place a new order once store credit has been issued.
